One of the things the national office has been working on in recent months is tying the Webpoint system to AES to avoid duplication of effort. Club directors will soon be able to go into AES and complete a data import which will pull members' information. This will definitely help make sure those members' names, dates of birth, etc. are accurate. It will also pull the coaches IMPACT information so what AES shows will match Webpoint. This will mean that data is accurate in AES, so everyone will have to be very diligent in making sure members are assigned to their respective clubs, background checks are complete so coaches can be considered active and that IMPACT has been completed.
Stay tuned for more info.......

Juniors Wind Down/Adults Get Ready to Rumble
With junior regionals behind us, the season is winding down. We had two excellent weekends of play for juniors. Thanks to everyone who made the events run smoothly! The next junior event around the corner is JOs. For a list of all the teams who will be participating this year, please visit the Qualifier Watch page. It will give you a run down of who qualified in national qualifiers, as well as those who earned bids at regionals.
In just a couple weeks, Atlanta will be the stage for the Adult Open Championships. We have Cobra Kai and Zoom participating in Mens BB and LMRA House Rules and NT Bad Chics playing Womens BB. In Session II, we'll see the teams NT Jet Black in Mens AA, RoShamBo in Womens AA, Balls Deep and Sexual Chocolate playing Mens A, and three teams playing Regular Co-ed, 900, D.O.C., and NT HOALOHA. Good luck to all these teams as they prepare to take the court!

New Addition to Region Website
With technology advancing and people wanting to stay on top of things, we decided to go ahead and start a blog about the North Texas Region. We'll update about events coming up, post updates on regional issues and in general, just use this as a tool for communication for our members.
